Plus I'm finding surprisingly few testimonials about Oni's Kiwami jeans on this sub, most of the results in search are about the jackets.An oni ( 鬼 ( おに )) is a kind of yōkai, demon, orc, ogre, or troll in Japanese folklore. I can't imagine ever going with a size 32 in that fabric, and while I know secret denim is really its own thing its still making me question my decision here. I'm also thrown because I own three pairs of secret denim - two size 30, and one size 31. I'm trying to decide if I'd be better suited sticking with the 31 and hoping they'll stretch out significantly with a squatting regiment, or sticking with the 32 and hoping that a hot soak will shrink the legs a little bit more. And the muffin-topping is improved.īoth of these are one-wash. The 32 are, naturally, an easier fit in the waist and hips, still a little cramped in the butt (but better than the 31), but are roomier in the leg (especially knee and below) than I would like. And when I sit down I'm victim to some unflattering muffin-top action.
The first three pics are in size 31 - I think the fit great from the leg opening thru the thighs, but are tight across the hips and waist and cramped in the butt. Hi all, So I'm struggling between the fit on these two sizes.
